I love this chair. I pretty much assembled it by myself. Took about 30 mins or less because the instructions were very easy to follow. I had to get some help to attach the back to the fully assembled seat though only because it needs extra compression to hold it while you input the screws. Ive had it for 2 months now and It's high back like it says so I can easily rest my head on it. It reclines easily and when I slide out the foot rest I can definitely get a very comfortable nap in this thing.:-). I'm over 200lbs and the seat is thick enough to hold my weight. It doesn't squish out. The armrests are also comfortably placed. My spouse also uses it and my twin girls are ALWAYS battling out who was on it first. The only down side is the wheels don't have a lock to keep it from sliding. It tends to run but I'll be purchasing a chair mat to fix that problem

I needed a new office chair for home for my desk and had checked out many of them on Amazon. One of the main features I needed since I'm a big wide guy was whether the width of the seat between the arms would be wide enough for me to sit comfortably. This chair seemed to fit the bill and showed the seat wide between the arms to be a little over 21.3 inches. But when I finally received the chair and assembled it, it was about 1 inch smaller than the stated measurement in the item photo on the listing. An inch isn't much but it was for me because I have a chair where the arms are digging into my hips which is a real disappointment. Otherwise the chair is not bad and has some decent padding, good reclining options along with the foldout foot rest, which I probably won't use. And it does have a massage function which I didn't need but is a nice thing to have. It's kind of nice and though I don't think it was stated anywhere in the description, it's powered by a USB cord which isn't too long. I thought it might actually have or take a rechargeable battery inside the chair since I'm not familiar with powered chairs. So if you plug the massager into your laptop, don't move around or you'll pull off your computer off your desk. I guess you could use a portable battery pack to power it but there's no thing like a pouch to put it in so you can be more mobile moving around in the chair. Though I'm not as comfortable in it as I was hoping, I can tolerate sitting in it for long periods even with the arms kind of digging into my wide hips since it's not painful. For the price I paid, it's not too bad a chair so I'm keeping it and I'll see how it works out with more use. It has some nice extra features like the massager and footrest that don't normally come with other desk chairs in this price range so that's a plus.

I had high hopes for this model and it looks great and the materials feel high quality but unfortunately the padding is thin, my bottom now feels like I sit on the ground, the chair is deteriorating at a high rate (it's only been about three months). The up and down function doesn't stay in place as when I get up and sit back down with enough force, it will be lower to it's lowest format, forcing me to re-adjust the height of the chair about a dozen times a day (really annoying). I've checked and made sure the lever is installed properly and everything but it still doesn't hold its height. Wish I could return and pay for something a bit more expensive and higher-quality.

Great opportunity to buy a well made desk chair that's fully supportive while being adjustable to any work areas environment. It's well constructed with quality materials & easy to assemble. I have been using it daily for just over a month. It's comfortable and provides necessary back / lumbar support continuously with relaxing arm supports. The seating includes all the necessary depth for comfort without feeling overly cushy. For the quality, comfort, and style It's a bargained priced. Highly recommend for those needing all the above at a decent price.

I bought this chair for my temporary new place. I was looking for a relatively smaller chair as I have limited office space. I was a little concerned this chair may not be as comfy and stable, but turned out it worked out quite well. The chair has a very sturdy structure and nice own weight. Easy installation. The surface feels very good quality as well. I have seen several similar models in store and the average price is like $150. This chair is a great deal if you are looking for a decent office chair for under 100:)

I bought this chair in 2022 but didn't actually set it up until a year later. Had I known it was going to be a hazard to use, I would have requested a refund. This chair, although looks nice, is not well balanced. You cannot lean even the slightest in any direction without the entire chair tipping over. My son has hurt himself twice now when the wheels slid out from the chair, tipping it backwards. I've used a lot of office chairs and this one is just so dangerous!
