Delivered very quickly! Came in 6 large-ish boxes. Packed well, and as a woman, I could manhandle them around and unpack with minimal issues. Setup is easy-peasy too. Basically unbox, put the feet on, place where you want it, and toss the back rest pillow on. Done. The couch has great little grabby-grabby rubber feet, so if you're on a hard floor, no need for rubber foot covers! However, I recommend some type of foot band or couch clamps to keep pieces together if youre placing it in a freestanding area since it doesn't come with any of that.It's VERY comfy! A little...crunchy...in the beginning, but breaks in quick and the crispiness goes away. I set it up like a giant bed/couch hybrid (had an extra ottoman from our last couch that fit perfectly...oddly enough). I have fallen asleep in my little corner an unflattering number of times since I got it. Just buy it! Worth it!

The couch is large and wide, it also appears to be thick but since it’s a cloud couch, don’t expect it to have too much cousin. Couch could use more stuffing inside but it is really pleasing to look at. Though I haven’t received all the boxes yet, the seller has been really good about communicating and ensuring they will get me the rest of the boxes as soon as possible. I’ll be sure to update once I get the whole couch.When you order a four seater, expect four boxes, five, five boxes and etc. they are easy to maneuver but they are pretty wide so make sure someone is there to help you since they only do door delivery.It could be tricky to clean or keep clean if you get the light colored couch because the material holds on to things like dog hair deeply. However, I am grateful that the seller is very proactive in communicating and I rate their customer service 5 stars.

I was skeptical of the good reviews, but for the price the couch is actually super nice. The shipping is very fast, I wasn’t expecting it to get here less than a week than I had ordered it. I love that I will be able to rearrange it and switch it up whenever I want. Even though it doesn’t connect to each other, the rubber feet on the bottom really do keep it from sliding around at all. I’m interested to see how it will hold up, the frame is great quality and very sturdy but eventually I may need to add more to the cushions. Overall I’m very happy with it! It’s super deep! And a great dupe for the “cloud”!

This couch stains so easily oh my god. I can’t get the stains off for the life of me. I wish I could a refund on this couch. It’s not worth a cent to buy this. The zippers break so easily. I’m definitely getting rid of this couch. All my money went down the drain. DO NOT BUY.

The sectional was delivered in a short amount of time and was easy to configure. It is very comfortable and is worth the money. I would recommend this to all😊!

We can all fit comfortably, and it's great for movie nights. The quality is top-notch, and it looks fantastic in our living room.

Here's the thing, it is a nice couch that comes in a ton of boxes. The issue is, it was supposed to be for taller deep and cloud soft. I have sat on softer toilet seats. I am on the taller side and I would not call it that deep. It is possible I got another variation of the one that others have reviewed on, I have seen stranger things but I just don't think it is worth ~$2k IMO.It was super easy to install and they do NOT attach to each other, they are all independent. They come with feet inside bags within each box. It produces a lot of trash so you will likely be stuck with the boxes for ages unless you drive to the garbage dump or burn them.It is an okay couch but not ground breaking IMO.

It's spacious, comfortable, and the modular sections make it so versatile. The quality is outstanding, and it looks fantastic in our space. Five stars!
