It has very good adhesive property, and also standing for long days and gives more flexibility

Depends on your body type, some gets healed, some not. But it is better than having painkiller medicines. Some sticky residue is left which goes after extensive cleaning.. so that's not an issue. But if one has a hairy body, removing it will be painful.

Adhesive is good. Didn't help in the pain . Left marks after removing which has still not gone.

It is useless... It got opened after 2 hours... and no effect of Warmness as it should be

Mixed feelings. It didn't give any pain relief for heel pain. The adhesive is ok, lasts for 2-3 days when applied on the heel.
