My original review was one star as Amazon were asking me to review something that hadn’t arrived. It has now arrived a few days later than expected but we are really pleased with it. It took about an hour to assemble and the instructions weren’t great but my husband figured it out. Very impressed with the quality and robustness for the price. Looking forward to using this and saving money on classes.Thank you so much to the seller who kept in touch - great communication.

The machine arrived earlier than expected, the seller kept me informed and was very quick at responding to my message.The machine took around 1 hour to put together, however the instructions are not super clear.Used the machine on the same day it arrived, quite sturdy and perfect for doing reformer pilates at home.

I am very pleased with my Pilates Reformer. It is a solid structure and I am very happy with the quality. I have tried a variety of the exercises that you can do to see if it is fit for purpose, as there are so many i.e the jumpboard, short box, long box with footstrap excercises, too numerous to mention. The only downside is that it does not have an adjustable headrest, but don’t let this put you off! I think it is good value for money, bearing in mind how much you would have to pay to attend classes.I invested in the Pilates Reformer to assist with rehabilitation after a car accident and it has made such a difference.The customer service was second to none and they were very responsive to any queries that I had.

Really pleased with my purchase. As other reviews have mentioned, the item takes a day or two longer for delivery than stated on the listing; however, the seller had messaged quickly after purchase to check in and advise of this. The reformer itself seems ideal for home use and was fairly straightforward to set up. Happy with my purchase and especially so considering the price!

I purchased this reformer to find the wheels were faulty. After messaging the supplier they sent me out new wheels. The bolts on the reformer are stuck and after many attempts I contacted the seller to say that we were unable to remove the bolts in order to change the wheels.The seller kindly said they were updating the machine to prevent this happening again and have decided to issue me a full refund.The seller has shown integrity and although the product on this occasion did not meet my expectations I would buy again from this seller.They have shown that they will go out of their way to help.Thank you

For the price honestly you can’t go wrong with this reformer machine .. very good quality at a fraction of the price .. and the engagement from the supplier was very good

This is just right for me and my practice. I wouldn’t advise for someone tall though. Does everything you need and is easy to fold away. Good value and does everything you need.
