Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas 4 | Flight Game Controller | Joystick | PS5/PS4/PC

I used a Logitech Extreme 3D with my X Plane 11 till date. It worked well for a couple of years. I left it unused for about 3 months and the yaw axis in the joystick became noisy to a level it was impossible to fly level when you hand fly the plane.When I was searching for joysticks I came across Hotas 4. There were no reviews on the internet that confirmed compatibility with X Plane 11. I depended on my luck and bought it. It works like a breeze with X Plane 11 and it is one of the pre-configured devices. We just need to calibrate.I love the feel of the pitch, roll and yaw controls. Very soft. The throttle stick at low thresholds automatically returns to zero if you don't hold the stick. During taxi this helps the plane slow down to a crawl if you are not holding the stick. There is a mid point soft lock on the throttle quadrant.I have to get used to the button configurations. They are completely differently positioned compared to Logitech. There are more buttons on this joystick compared to Logitech product. Overall a very satisfying purchase.Time will tell about the ruggedness of this product. If this product uses potmeters like the Logitech product axes controls will become noisy with time due to friction / wear & tear. On the contrary, if they have frictionless sensors this product design could be way superior. I dont know the internals.

Loved the flight stick and its great fun and good learning to use this with a flight simulator. I have tried it with XPlane 11 and Microsoft FSX and it works without much configuration. It does require the right drivers to be installed for all the buttons and axes to be detected properly. The biggest issue I had with it was that the stick, even on the tightest setting it was very light and did not require any effort to move, thereby impacting precision.

Even though Sony has not approved TM Hotas 4 for PS5, TM is trying its best to convince everyone aboutPS5 compatibility certification. It worked with X-Plane 11 (PC) but the controls were glitchy. Did not work with any game on PS5 (War Thunder and a few I tested) - though it seemed to have no problem working with PS4. This sells for 6600 on Flipkart.

A good beginners flight stick. I brought this primarily to play Microsoft Flight Simulator X : Steam Edition, and works flawlessly. Though it is mainly designed to be played with ps4, it works very well with Windows 10.Initially when I plugged in the controller the 'PS' button lit red and only 4 axes were working, the thrust was not working, installing the driver from the thrust-master website turned the light green and the thrust-er started working fine. Only PC users can take advantage of five axes, so that's something to consider before you purchase.It also came with an offer for PSN and warthunder, but I don't own a PS4 nor do I play warthunder, so cannot comment on that.It is a fantastic flight stick for a beginner and enthusiast.

This is a budget joystick if you wish to play MSFS2020.. but it does not work with X Plane 11. Facing calibration issue sometimes..

The joystick has defective lateral movement .Circuitry is defective

An awesome product for entry level flight sim enthusiasts. Played DCS world and works flawlessly. The buttons are easily accessible and well thought-out. The unit has some weight to it so it wont jump around while controling. The stick resistance can be adjusted which is a great touch.Initially for PC use the system detects only the stick component, this can be rectyfied by simply installing the driver software from thrustmaster site.Overall a great product for the money.

PRODUCT IS GOOD, BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED AS FORCE FEEDBACK IS MISSING.
