Good flavor and works as well if not better than IV. I actually prefer this one to IV because it doesn't have such a sickly sweet flavor like IV does. Sugar free isn't an option because your body actually needs sugar to transport the vitamins as my diabetic doctor told me. I take 3 different diuretics so I dehydrate really easily and these really help me get back to where I need to be so my sugar doesn't spike.

Good taste, and does the job well. Bought these for a mission trip overseas where we spend three days laying concrete and building a house. As you can expect, hard and hot work. Have bought Drip Drop before and been very pleased with most of the flavors. They seem to do a good job of keeping you going without causing your fingers to sweell (a problem with some brands I have tried). Would buy again - actually already have!

These are nice single packets. They taste great and dissolve very easily in cold water. I use daily during the summer as my electrolytes get unbalanced and I don't hydrate well. This keeps me moving and safe during those summer months.

Ok, found this at the 11th hr at the mose recent prime day on sale. It’s never on sale- not at the grocery the drugstore or online. So I stocked up. 3x the electrolytes and 1/2 the sugar with great flavors. There’s another popular brand online in small packets that has a name that sounds just like what you’d need if dehydrated ( no brand hating in this post) but it’s all salt and tastes like you’re drinking a glass of sea water. Not palatable especially when sick and maybe throwing up. Not true with drip drop- perfect balance that even tastes good when you’re sick. I e tried them all and this is my favorite brand. I think I like the package that comes with mango best but that’s a personal taste thing. Buy this- you’ll be happy you did in a day where you need rehydration.

On my third pack of these lemonade and watermelon flavor. Tastes great, no upset stomach. Hard to tell on energy level but certainly seems to help me stay hydrated during long days commuting in New England.
