Good Quality Product
The Bosch GPO 12 CE Polisher is an excellent product. Inside the box, along with the polisher and other accessories, a Backing Pad and Polishing Disc (both made in Switzerland), and a Lambswool Bonnet (made in Germany) are included. However, the main Bosch polisher is made in China.As a first-time user and following the Bosch user manual, I started polishing at lower speeds (level 1-2) to avoid vibrations, overheating, and paint damage.The product was received in its original packaging. However, adding a small layer of paper wrap over the packaging would improve the freshness of the new product during unboxing. Pros-- well built- doesn't overheat- will last a long time- cable length is good 👍Cons-- way too heavy- the pad is large soo very hard to control- can't really go above 2 because it gets even harder to control after that (2 is still not easy)- soaks up too much polish

Packed Properly sealed pack
It was packed properly except for a small hole on the side of the box. Seals were intact. All items were inside, disc with velcro, Applicator pad, polishing pad lamb wool attachment made in Switzerland. Machine made in China. Machine working fine but not started using it. Have 3 cars to polish, since number of cars increased. I have to learn to use this without damaging the paint.

The most worst product delivered
I am feeling like it’s a refurbished piece. I don’t want this product. If replacement is offered, I need a box which is not tampered. I don’t need the one which has been damaged and creates doubt. This has not been a good shopping experience.
