Mitashi 1 Ton 3 Star Window AC (Copper MiWAC103v35 White)

Mitashi 1 Ton 3 Star Window AC (Copper, MiWAC103v35, White) is delivered on time and there are issues with installation side as no one is responding. Although the customer support from Amazon rocks but from the vendor or the person who will do the installation is worst.The AC works well and cools your room. It's recommended that do not run the AC in turbo mode every time.If you're buying then make sure that you will get the proper support and as per my suggestion it's better to avoid this as there is no after sales support be it with installation side or with other things.

Update Jan 2020Buying goods from Amazon is like buying Fake products.If you are lucky, it may work for life. Else you keep struggling for service center or just curse your luck and scarp it.Delivering what is asked for.Litmus test will be in the peak summer - yet to experience.Can say, it's bit noisy.After sale service is horrible. Amazon need to own warranty services when product owner refuses responding.Another horrible thing that can happen now after using it for sometime is After Sale Service.It doesn't exist at all, especially if it's under warranty.Amazon fooled us by selling this product to us. Now they are also not supporting for service.Last thing to do is buy large equipment from Amazon.

purchased on 29th April and got delivered on 1st of May and i am continuing chasing for installation and no one is responding.its been more than a week now.

Not working as expected...even service center do not responds..even after so many calls they dont come for service.its not cooling.it spreads foul smell when switched on.

Very bad AC, never buy this as compressor is very noisy. Bad customer support . As my installation was not properly done so noise problem was there but problem got solved when technical guy visits by applying unnecessary piece of papers and they wish to let the warranty over.

third quality ac & co. service is very poor. i suggest no one purchase this ac.

It's been 2 years still cooling is same as new, very nice product
