What a great chair I was saving for a gt omega pro then seen this checked out the review on utube and went for it quality is excellent does evreything I need and very comfortable I'm 6ft 15 stone worth evrey penny

I have Coccydynia (tailbone pain) & prolapsed discs L1 - L5 in my lower back & as such pretty much in constant pain, this chair supports my back & my butt perfectly in those areas, this was my main concern when looking for a chair, the cushions are fully adjustable and removable, the neck rest can be removed the re-attached over the top of the chair instead if you are taller of just have a long neck, the arm-rests are adjustable vertically only, it DON'T wobble or creak or squeak, it was heavy so my friend had to assemble it for me, smells a bit for a few days as that's the PU Leather just airing(which has been confirmed to me as having no animal traces & vegan friendly), so that's always a good thing knowing no animals got killed to make this, overall I'm finding mine very comfortable & sturdy, I'm a pc gamer so I can spend some time sat in this chair, the only thing I can say negative is maybe the arm rests could have a tilt-inwards feature or be a little softer & have gel in them like a mouse wrist pad rest, they are on the firm side of squishy but quite comfy compared to my old chair, just a thought for future improvement, that said no more red elbows either! It looks great & will compliment any gamers set up. Thumbs up from me & my 16st weightlifting friend!Update Edit: 8/8/17 (check the stitching on the straps)After a few weeks I noticed on closer inspection after 1 of the elastic straps snapped & that they were poorly stitched on the clip parts, literally 3-4 stitches holding them all, I took the old stitches out & restitched them all properly, I've noticed since I've bought it there's now a newer design, hopefully they've employed someone who knows how to use a needle & cotton correctly! Other than that, my chair is still alright, reclines fine & both the lumbar & neck pillows haven't lost any shape or support either, comfy for having a nap in too.

I received this chair and was very hapy with it. It is extremely comfy and seems to offer all the benefits of a much more costly chair. However it did break after a few months use (though I lift weights regular and am a bigger guy at about 18 stone and have tendency to lean to one extreme or the other). so I chalk this issue up to my size and the weight distribution when I am sitting on the chair..Despite the chair breaking I still give a wholehearted five stars to this product due to the response I received when i contacted Kinsal regading the matter. They instantly and without complaint offered to send out a brand new chair at no extra cost. even though the chair was under warranty for two years after purchase I had expected at best to be given a spare part to replace the broken gas compression canister of the chair. The chair arrived less than a week later.I am delighted with their customer service, their handling of this matter and am glad I purchased this product.

I love this chair! I can sit in it for hours on end and hardly feel the need to shift around. It’s especially comfortable when reclined with plenty of lumber support. Even when fully recline almost flat, The chair feels built strong enough to hold me. I’m fairly average in weight I’d say, about 11 stone and there seems no issues.It’s yet to show signs of wear and tear. Seems built very well with good feeling leather and stitching. It has developed a small squeak but it’s very particular in its location and not loud so I hardly hear it.Would definitely buy again.

After I've cooled off I've given my one star rating a revision.Initially, when I was putting things together it seemed like problem after problem. There was a screw which wouldn't go in at all (which I later managed to get in with way too much elbow grease needed the following day.)The chair itself seems to be comfy and the recline works well. As to its robustness I cannot speak for as I have had it one day. I will update this review if it breaks. The only REAL issue that I've currently got with the chair is that I can't raise the right arm rest because the lever that adjusts it had snapped off in transit. I find it quite hard to believe that this hasn't happened to many people since the bit holding the lever on there is a tiny little bit of plastic.The setting up of the chair felt like torture, although, I feel this may be my hatred for DIY talking. The instructions that come with the chair need a serious rework. You've labelled parts with letters but you don't reference them in the diagrams at all?TLDR; Chair comfy, setting up nightmare, give me new right armrest pls.Update: I asked for a new replacement arm rest due to the latch being broken. Kinsal were quick to respond and ended up sending me a completely new chair! Kinsal are definitely a good seller. Would do business with them again!

This chair, if you get it for the discounted price (I consider the 120 squids I paid good) is a good buy. I have bad back and previously I couldn't work at my desk for more than 30 minutes without a long break. Now I can work for 8 hours with small breaks for stretching in between. This is because the chair has excellent lumbar support and recline ability. The pillows you see in the picture actually works to make you feel comfortable.The -1 star comes for the fact that I am now a very big guy (180 cm) but somehow I barely fit in the chair when I am upright. The margins of the chair are bounded by curved metal structures that will hurt you if you try to open up your legs.
