Good oem replacement
This is a good replacement fan unit and it bolted right up to my existing housing in minutes. It’s a bit quieter than the original, which can be good or bad depending on how you feel about the trend towards ultra quiet bathroom fans. Personally, I like the privacy and protection from embarrassment you get from a really loud fan on those days you have a really big ripper, but that’s just a preference. It works great and I have no complaints about this one.

I made it work
So I got this for an existing installation that was giving me a hard time. This little motor is whisper quiet, but I had to use a different fan blade. The one that ships was way oversized. I guess they did that to balance air flow with the motor size. I was able to make this work for my use case, and I'm glad. Make sure you follow the guide for model compatibility. In my case, I just got what I needed.
