no consistency.
These are very nice mattresses but are completely inconsistent. I ordered two of them. Both were plush and say so on the mattress tags. One is very soft while the other is very firm.

I agree Inconsistent firmness
I agree the model on the show floor is different than the one I received at the house. Same model and name. The show floor is soft and comfortable.... mine delivered at the house firm as a board.
