The fountain is very nice! Let’s see how reliable it is. Update: April 30, 2023. About a month later, the dampening felt, sponge material in the top ‘jug’ broke down into particles of fluff. This means that the water pumped to the top shoots out with too much force. This material, which covers this hole, is designed to reduce the water pressure. It worked great for a month. The pump is set to it’s lowest water volume suction point, so there’s no way to further reduce the flow. The only option would be for the seller to send a replacement. I’d have to dry all surfaces and reattach the sponge. If seller reads this, please contact me. Fountain works great otherwise. This is a poor design leading to a temporary proper water flow. Update May 7 2023 Seller contacted me 4-5 days ago telling me to go and buy waterproof adhesive and a felt product. I didn’t like that answer. Today, mid-bowl LEDs have died. Can they be replaced? I doubt it due to water seal. Open to Seller suggestions. Update May 18 2023 Seller was very kind to send me a replacement LED wiring harness. I installed it and it works great again. I solved the flow problem with some door sponge seal that slows the upshot of the water. Everything is fine. Seller sent 2 LED harnesses, which is nice to have a backup. Highly recommend product and seller.

I have been looking for a water fountain to put on my cute front porch; luckily I found this. It's beautiful and I love it. Lightning is just peefect. The water flow is very relaxing. Feels tranquility. Easy to assemble or install.Not loud at all. It came earlier than expected, has no damage, well packed and there's no any missing piece or problem. Everything just works well. I highly recommend to everyone looking for a water fountain out there.

Our fountain arrived a day early and was very secure in lots of thick Styrofoam. It took about 10 minutes to put the pump together and fill it with water, thanks to the great instructions enclosed. It is very solid, and we love the detailing and colors. We can't wait to sit on our front porch swing with our favorite beverages and listen to the water. We looked around a long time for a fountain we both agreed on and when we saw this one listed on Amazon, we immediately agreed that we really liked it. It actually looks better in person.

This is a nice fountain. The water pump isn't noisy per se, but loud enough that you can hear it running if the surrounding area is quiet. The pump flow can be adjusted up and down to a certain extent. I left it at the factory setting and am happy with it. The water noise is loud enough to be heard if there's minimal background noises. If there is much ambient noise, the fountain noise will fade into the background. Note that in the attached video, much of the water sound you hear is because it was a rare rainy night here in So. Cal. The fountain is lightweight, but you'd only know that if you are lifting it when empty of water. It doesn't appear flimsy or cheap in any way. The fountain is 40" tall, but it's also fairly narrow. Depending on your needs, that might be a good or not as good of a thing. The top bowl doesn't have an LED light. Kinda wish it did. The bottom third of the fountain, on the back side, has a fairly large reservoir that holds 1-2 gallons of water, so I'm thinking I won't need to refill but once every 4-5 days or so. Note that this requires two outlets as you need one for the water pump and one for lights. I am using an Alexa enabled outlet so I can set a daily start and stop time schedule. And if it is off, when I want it on, I can just tell Alexa to turn the patio fountain on. I've only had the fountain running for a day and a half, so I can't yet speak to the pump or lights durability. I've not yet noted any leaking as others reported.

VERY beautiful!! - 3 months of use & pump quit working BUT! ALL IT NEEDED was a little toothbruh cleaning, pull the pump out clean the vents! ****UPDATE Sept 22,2022 one year later!!!*** - STILL LOVING THIS have NOT turned it off!!! 24/7 it runs (Keep a gallon jug of water nearby for easy refilling - also you can slow the speed of the flow, but I like it splashing I have had it freeze up in a total freeze winter storm...so I now put one of those warming wands for outdoor bird baths in it when the temps drop - but even after freezing up? it still kept working!! - I have had the water dry up and pump stops - still keeps working! Keep a little toothbrush soft bristle nearby to occassionally pull out the pump and brush off the debris clogging the flow) and keep a jug of water to fill it - NOTE: It "CAN" splash on the floor if/when you over fill the storage basin LASTLY I put the lights on a separate plug in w/timer to only come on at night, I've left the water pump running 24/7 for over a year now. Love this fountain! Makes me smile. LOVE IT STILL BEST PURCHASE I'VE MADE FOR THE DECK!

I bought this for my Mother's 85th birthday, she loved it the first 2 days,but now it's leaking all over the patio floor. They've done everything the Manuel said but hasn't fixed it.

Almost 2 years old now and holding up well . Keep checking water when its very hot outside as it evaporates otherwise i am very pleased with fountain

If I could, I would give it zero stars. I only had this fountain for one season, (summer) which is approximately from June through September. I stored the fountain in my basement brought it back out the next June and the lights will not work. Now when I contacted the company, they tell me that the warranty expired because it had already been a year. I can’t use the fountain during the winter months when it’s snowing outside I tried to explain this to them. The company promised to send me new wiring for the lights, (not even sure if I would know how to use it) after four months I still have not received it after requesting four month ago. They keep putting me off every time I reach out to them. The ambience of the lights is what really makes this fountain beautiful but without the lights,I wouldjust as soon give it away.
