These heads are used by my wife and I on our Oral B Vitality toothbrushes. I like the fact that they are a softer type of brush, but like others who have reviewed this product, there is one major flaw with it. The heads fit very loosely on the body of the toothbrush and come loose during use. This manufacturer needs to do a better job of making sure that the brush head fits tighter or lock onto the Vitality base unit. If one is not careful, you can hurt the interior of your mouth. It also presents a chocking hazard. This company needs to improve on the product fit.

These brushes are fabulous. I purchased them in May (it is now September) but only started using them after finishing up a different brand of "budget" Oral B replacement heads. Those were pretty harsh; hard plastic, stubby bristles that felt like they were scratching the dentin and could be pretty rough on your gums. I was amazed the first time I used these. The quality is superior, the bristles long and soft so that they actually cup your teeth and clean all around the tooth and gum line like they are supposed to. I feel like a bit of a chump for not trying these immediately--I would have tossed the old ones unused. The price for the 16 pc. set is less than a 2 pack of name brand replacements.

I am expecting 20 N pieces of replacement heads for my e-toothbrush but it arrived with only 2 packs (w/ 4 head brushes each) .so I'm unsatisfied and went ahead and returned it .

UPDATE 10/17/17: I've been using the same brush head for nearly a month and I still love it! The bristles still feel quite stiff - I don't like it when the bristles get soft. I haven't had any problems with the fit and no bristles falling off. I just can't find anything wrong with them.I've been using one for about a week now and I LOVE it! I've always liked using a new brush head but at nearly $30 for 3 Oral B heads and around $20 for 4 store brand heads, I just didn't want to change them very often. But at this price, no problem!I haven't bought the actual Oral B brand heads in a while but I have to say these have the same shape and "mouth feel" as the store brands (i.e. Walmart or Walgreens). They are firm (about the same as a new one from the store), and I haven't had any issues with losing bristles or any mechanical problems. I'll update this in about a month and let you know how they do in the long run.

The brushes work, but Just ONE MAJOR PROBLEM: they don’t fit very tight on my electric toothbrush and come off while I’m brushing my tongue. I almost got one stuck in my throat! I checked the oral B brushes and they are different inside where you “ snap on” the brush. Oral B brushes are tight and have never fallen off on their own over the last 5 years. These replacement are too loose.

I ordered 8 and 4 would not stay on the toothbrush.

These look the same but do not fit snugly at all. Way too easy for the heads to come off while brushing. Very annoying.

When I opened the package the first thing I noticed was the term "SOFT". Oh C*** I thought... don't need soft. Ignore the label. These would take the rust off the chrome bumper on a 1949 Hudson. I Like Them. They clean much better than the Oral B brand which I have used for over 25 years, and so reasonable in price.
