Q: is it contains charger?

There is no charger in the default package. It comes only with 4 AA batteries. The power adapter can be purchased separately.

Q: Is this product fits cuff size for medium build adult male ? Rather what is the maximum cuff size for this machine ?

This comes with the Omron regular cuff size that fits arm circumference between 22cm and 32cm "as per the given specs". But, in my experience, the regular cuff size has tolerance for about ± 3cm. This information is important specially if you are looking for a large cuff size as those are not only extremely hard to find, but are expensive as well.

Q: how to check the accuracy of the meter . I mean i want to know whether meter is showing correct reading or not.. How to cross check it

Omron Bp monitors are manufactured by a patented technology and the reading variation will be about 5%-10%.Periodically you can cross check the accuracy of the Bp monitors by comparing the readings taken by your Physician .If you are using the meter frequently you need to calibrate it every year for accurate readings..You need to call Omron customer service number 1-877-216-1333 and they will guide you regarding calibration.Hope we were able to clear your doubts.
