Arrived quickly and in great condition. The first appearance of the black sumbiote costume in the Web of Spider-Man comics. The story itself is cool with Peter Parker being tricked into donning the shadowy suit again and having to find a way to rid himself of it once more without the aid of other heroes.

A third ongoing (or more if you count Marvel Team up & Tales) to compliment Amazing and Spectacular,Web of Spider-Man was an excellent if mildly unnecessary series for its time to highlight Spidey's further adventures.Notable in the early issues are some iconic covers by Charles Vess and the launching of a burgeoning young talent named Marc Silvestri.Fine scripting by Louise Simonson and the stories are interesting in the sense that the series was launched in the height of the black costume popularity.Although the series did not truly find its own voice or niche until the addition of veteran penciler Alex Saviuk,these first few issues are a cool piece of Spidey mythos,and a very entertaining read for all fans.

Beautiful comic book created by marvel. It was a masterful book with amazing comics and a great story line. It made me want to read all the rest in the series.
