Due to meds I take daily for various reasons, I tend to have a dry throat, especially at night. The results are a persistent dry cough. When it gets out of hand, I chew up one of these fizzies and it knocks down the cough in about 20 minutes, and usually ladts through an entire sleep cycle.

It worked for me. The Taste is not bad . I prefer this type of Alka-Seltzer over the saltier tasting Alka-Seltzer that you add water to.

I purchased this because of a recommendation from my cousin. And it works I’ll give it that. What I didn’t now at the time of purchase was this was chewable and to be honest not the best tasting medicine (though it still taste better than Buckley’s 😵‍💫) and as I said it’s effective without impairment

This stuff really works! I never let myself run out. I keep it in my purse at all times. Doesn't cause drowsiness. Taste isn't bad. Highly recommend it!

Works well as it should

This only has two ingredients. Dextrmethorphan for cough, and acetaminophen for pain. But the dosage is so low you have to take 4 of these just to get half a dose of regular Tylenol. I should have read the label more carefully. This is almost worthless.
