Fishing Net Trap for Bait Minnow Shrimp Crayfish

Used this net many times already to catch bait fish. Does the job very nicely

works okay could use some "tuning" like the lines tied to rim being centered on a connection instead of just attached and the hoops being reversed with the larger one being the outside so when lifted the creatures just lying on the web aren't tossed bact into the water but fall into the net instead reversed hoops would have been a 5* instead of 4*

I took it out to the water over the summer, it was just so flimsy, when I pull it up all the fish were gone. Unless the crab is sitting right in there then you won’t be catching much. Where I go the water is moving quite a bit, I’ve seen good reviews so I bought it, so maybe it’ll work better in calm water than the ocean

Worked great to catch minnows off the dock for fishing

It lays flat until you pull and the sides come up to trap the fish inside. The tapered sides help keep everything in.

not effective as a crab net.

Used this one time for holding bait before transferring to bait tank. Dumped bait from cast net into this net, was much easier than dumping into 5 gallon bucket.

We caught several finger mullet and even a few blue crabs. This net kept us with bait for hours fishing off the boat dock. It's a well built net and looks like it will hold up.
