Rather than going for Junk Food - invest on this exercise equipment.
An Instruction manual with list of exercised for different age group will be a better one. The grips can become better and softer, but I love the product. It has been close to a month I am making use of it. Tough though, but I now got used to it so much that I cannot start my activities without making best use of it.

Doing the work perfectly
This Ab Carver Pro seems to be fine. Doing it's duties fine & I doubt whether this is genuine. As the original perfect Ab Carver Pro's knee pad embedded with "Perfect", this knee pad doesn't have anything written on it.
