the large hose included is NOT for the V6 model.
This item includes both hoses but be aware that the larger hose must be for the 4 cylinder Accord because the hose was not long enough for my V6. Sure enough had to go to the dealership to get the right hose immediately.I just installed it and seems to work well so far. Hopefully it lasts as long as the Honda parts.
