BUYER BEWARE. FASELY MARKETED AS A CRAWLER. Last year we bought each of our children FMS18’s for Christmas and they started failing at multiple points a week in. The assumption is that Traxxas are better so we ponied up $400 for 2 of these. Lo and behold 48 hours after Christmas the steering servo is going out in one of them. Upon further research this is a common problem especially if used for crawling. The servos are under engineered with cheap plastic parts. The solution is to contact Traxxas for a warranty claim or purchase an upgraded servo for $45. One would assume that when you spend $200 for a piece of plastic on wheels that is marketed for “crawling” the engineers at Traxxas would design it for crawling. This thing is a piece of under engineered overpriced trash that has been marketed as a “crawler”. Maybe a good toy for driving on flat surfaces or sitting on a shelf looking pretty.

Presa per natale per mio figlio, ottima idea per fargli passare ore all'aperto e in casa senza stare al computer e simili. Prodotto di cui a oggi posso dire solo bene, la batteria è a lunga durata, la Traxxas fa tutto quello che è dichiarato dal costruttore. Utilizzo semplice, bisogna seguire bene le istruzioni per la carica della batteria.
