Suiting Up: Alexa Thyme, Book 2

These books just keep getting better and better. I'm not very good at giving reviews all I can is let you know how much fun I am having reading these books. OK two down one more to go. Actually I really hope there will be more than one more. I not only like the main character I also am having fun trying to figure out the underlying mystery. I know it's a type of "who done it" , however at this time I don't have enough clues. My compliments to this author as I haven't had this much fun reading a book in years. Do yourself a favor and give this series a try, I honestly don't think you'll be disappointed.

Lykanthropy has a vivid imagination and while this is a dungeons vs MC and her growth story the worlds, monsters and growth are new and unique

Really love it so far and can’t wait for the next book. Way better than I would have expected. The mc has a a lot of growth and can’t wait to see where she goes from here.

I don't regret that it ended early, because it didn't it ended great, I just regret I ran out of words to read. Alexa Thyme is back and getting socially better. The action and intrigue of the story ramp up, we start to see that there are secrets to the universe of this story. Another great entry. Also the book covers for these are such great foreshadowing, once you finish these books (because you will) take a minute to look over the cover again.

This installment increased the scope of the plot considerably, and was very tightly written, well paced, and enjoyable. I look forward to the next installment with bated breath.

Fun to see how this will be shaping up and putting the pieces together on the full setting.

Book 2 includes many more repeat thought rambles, typos, and unnecessary litRPG’ish parts. The main characters gains are getting too fast paced. I may drop this author is book 3 is anything like 2.

If you like stories like Solo-leveling, I think this is the perfect series for you. It meshes a dungeon-like system into a modified version of Earth. Switching between having emotions and being emotionless feels like a very interesting storytelling device, which makes this series very unique. Would highly recommend.That being said, I think this book could due with another editing pass, there are a number of instances of wrong word choices like he instead of the. Personally, I don't really mind these small errors, so it still gets full marks from me.
