Pros: Professional, good looking and sturdy digital locking system with multiple options to open the door. Now, never have to get up from my couch, if anyone from home is at the door :) Just use your fingerprint or code, or keycard to open the door! The app options allow to see who entered the home at what time, you can also give a temporary pin to a guest like your maid, friend, relative to enter the home, when you are not there. Also, price is amazing. Cons: The lock installation guide was confusing, initially I was going to do it myself, but later decided to call a professional - who took 3.5 hours to properly get the lock installed. But all is well that ends well. Everything went smooth. I also thought, the app was one of the methods of unlocking the door remotely, however that option is not there, thus the mention of 'semi-automatic'. This is not really a con, but I would have loved it more it that option was there. Initially setting up the pins is fine, but I couldn't understand how to configure fingerprints. The guide didn't mention it clearly. Eventually, my soon saw some youtube videos, due to which I was able to install. All in all - a great device with excellent features and excellent locking mechanism. My entire family is happy!

It’s just difficult to be installed

If you are in typical rental apartment, and the main door uses Mortise lock system, it requires 3 hole and it may damage the door. But overall, this is a very good door upgrade. BTW: I returned my order as I don't want my landlord to give me fine for damaging the main door. :D

Very bad quality the door even if closed by finger or card or key the hand door turn to the other side and open reality no lock , hard to install after two months door motor is lock and we can't open the door even battery is working and finger print is working

Nice product, easy to install, very convenient, worth for the money.

المنتج غير صحيح بخصوص الحجم والقياس يذكر بانه الطول 41 ولكن المنتج بقياس 28 🙃

احد القطع الداخلية كان مكسورا. ساطلب ارجاعه و استرداد المبلغ. او ارسال قطعة سليمة بديلة عن القطعة المكسورة.

لا يوجد شرح لطريقة التركيب، ورصلني ناقص قطعة، والقفل معلق
