Update: customer service is amazing! They sent me a replacement very fast and it’s perfect.This ottoman is so pretty but it wasn’t until after I took it out of the box and had it a few days that I noticed the (fake) wooden top was chipping at the edges. Unfortunately I don’t want to deal with the hassle of returning a large item. I had high hopes for this ottoman.
