Nice unit
Wasn't a huge fan of having to download an app to run this, but once I did, I understood why. This unit has several size electrodes depending on where on the body you want to use it. I've been having difficulty recovering from knee surgery, along with occasional neck pain, and having had TENS treatments in a clinical setting, I wanted to try a home unit. Once you pair the unit with the bluetooth on your phone, you select which area you are treating. I used it once on my neck, and once on my knee. It was quite strong on my neck (only had it at power level one). Was able to turn it up a bit higher for me knee, and what I like is that each treatment area has a different pulse duration for the treatment. It auto shuts off after 20 minutes, but it looks like you can also increase or decrease the duration to suit you. All in all, compared to a TENS unit in a clinical setting, this is a great substitute for home treatment. The only thing I didn't like was that the electrodes plug directly into the unit, rather than having lead wires, which limits your ability to spread out the placement of the electrodes.

Appears to only work via Chinese app
It was not readily apparent to me that an app was absolutely required to run this unit. I normally do not like loading a bunch of random apps to my devices, but, I decided that I would go ahead and download it to use this machine. Unfortunately, when I scanned the QR code found in the instruction manual, I received the message "Item not found." It kept telling me to try again (which I did repeatedly) to no avail. I then decided to try searching for the app via the name "Domas" as also indicated as an option in the instructions. What came up was an app that was completely written in Chinese and had zero users recorded. This made me extremely uncomfortable. What type of product offers a void QR code, and then directs me to a foreign app which appears to be completely untested? I wasn't going to risk loading that to my device; consequently, the device would not operate. It turned on (after I charged it), but nothing happened and no activation of the pads occurred. I have used previous wireless TENS units which offered app support or enhancement, but I was able to operate those independently of the app with less available options. Those devices provided value. This device offers nothing except a questionable application which is not decipherable for non-Chinese readers. This product is not ready for U.S. distribution. 1 star.

Nice device, when the app works. Only comes with one TENS unit, manual says it should have two
I like the form factor of this TENS, its much slimmer than my other wireless units. The unit is controlled by an app, similar to others. But I've had multiple times now where the app loses connectivity within a few seconds or even with modifications within the app. So, its useless without the app. Also, the manual that comes with it says there should be two transmitters in the packaging but there is only one. The product page only shows one so maybe there is another package which includes the other transmitter but it was confusing. The modes all seem to work fine but there arent a lot of them, again, all controlled within the app. As of now, the app doesnt seem to require an account to work, another thing I appreciate over other wireless TENS I own. If the app was more stable, I would give this an extra star.

Take this with you anywhere
This tens unit comes in a very small 5x5" carrying case that holds everything you need to use it for relief. The instructions do have several errors in grammar, misspellings and typos but you are still able to figure out how to use it.The instructions do say that two tens devices are contained, but this only came with one. It does include two large and two small sets each. There is also a usb charging cord and a pad to set the sticky nodes on.I've never used a tens that is app controlled, but the app is extremely easy to use and has a variety of timers, strengths and body positions to choose from. This device is extremely portable and so easy to use that you can take it anywhere. It would be perfect to use on a long road trip, after a long day at work or anytime you need that relief. This is going to be one of my highest recommended Amazon products!

Flakey connectivity
This wireless Tens unit muscle stimulator comes in a beautiful black box. It requires downloading an app to your phone and then connecting via Bluetooth to use it. This may not be a favorite for some people. My mom doesn’t like it because it’s not easy to understand the device and it’s too complicated for her. I tried it a few days ago and although I successfully paired the device to my phone, the app sometimes disconnected for no reason during use and I had to reconnect it again and again, which was a waste of time. This device is not suitable for us.

Nice Tens Unit
This is a nice Tens unit which is similar to the one I ordered sometime back which is made by a different vendor. I order this one for my wife as it is better not to share the pads. This is one is easy to use. It can be used for different parts of the body. I feel really good after each session. I use it mostly on my wrist and elbow. It works as expected.

Nice Concept - App Is an ISSUE
The pads are large and comfortable. Unfortunately I could not get this to work because the app was so problematic. It's not easy to understand the setup and I didn't feel comfortable downloading an app I couldn't verify. I think this probably works really well because of the pads and the ability to cover a larger surface area than traditional stim pads. Why do they only allow you to control this through the app? I wish that wasn't the case because this is nicely designed otherwise...
