Please don't buy this product..I received a broken item from bottom..But this is not the main reason to not to buy this product..The main reason was..I lighted one incense which they have given in the box..Trust me you cannot bear the smell of it..It was so pathetic..It was worse than cigrate..The flow effect was working..But it is soo small.. Hardly and one would notice it..And with that foul smell..nobody will go near it..(manufacturers)If you are reading my review try changing the incense..If it does not smell good..Why would anybody buy it..

This product is GENUINE AND GOOD.I call this product genuine 'cause i had ordered yhe same from another vendor too and theh gave such bad cones- they were not even scented - it was burnin like wood & their Buddha was gooey.

Bad quality product. The ceramic Buddha is poorly finished. The hole for the smoke to back flow is not centered. Also the incense cones are terrible. Bad quality paint. The hallow is not centered and the perfume from it is bad. Residual smell is bad.The two stars are for the experience of the smoke falls when it works after a lot of time getting the alignment right.I should have returned the product when I had the time.

This is the second time I ordered the same but this time it was very disappointing. The quality was not good, colour was not uniform and it was very different from what I got last time. Also it was promised that 30 incense burners will be there but I received only 10 unlike the last time. I am going to return the product.

I ordered one for myself after reading reviews and researching about various sellers. I loved the cute and innocent face of Buddha, the carving is very beautiful and intricate, doesn’t look artificial at all. And once you light the cone, the experience is very unique and a sight worth admiring.I liked it so much that I ordered 4 more for my family members.
