works well
Previously always used chemical guys leather conditioner which I do like very much; used this the last few times and if you follow their instructions, which is to apply, rub in; let sit for a while, and then to use their cleaner afterwords; then it is fabulous; if you don't buy and use the cleaner, then it appears to leave a bit of a rougher texture to the leather. smell is not overwhelming; I also used it on a steering wheel in a 10 year old Tesla that had a few rough spots on it; I gave it a generous coating and then covered it with a trash bag for 24 hours; then used cleaner, and it restored the leather wonderfully!

Phenomenal
This product makes wonders. This would be one of the best products I have ever bought. With my 2013 ford f150 platinum I wanted to keep my leather in tip too shape. Well that didn't work with the in store products drying it out, so I did my research and came about many products and how there descriptions were brilliant. Which is funny because the last. 2 months I have spent twelve hundred dollars on leather cleaners and conditioners, even Colourlock from New Zealand, which was a joke since my cleaner showed up empty in the package. There products really dried out my leather and had said that all there products were used by the best automotive manufacturers in the country ( what a joke ). Anyways, when I first bought this product, I applied as a usual product but the rej. Oil goes on before the cleanser. I applied it fast and it's been cold since I live in Minnesota that the product didn't work at all it seemed like. Well then I watched a video on you tube since I was very desperate with my leather and bought every leather conditioner from griots to chemical guys. So I watched the video and it all came to mind which a was pissed because they never said anything about this in the description. Apply rej oil by hands with rubber gloves since you don't want to get the oils off your hands mixed in with the rej oil. Apply that in very thick coats and then once done to the whole vehicle then park it into the sun on a hot day and make sure doors and windows are shut and then watch the product soak into the leather. Well I couldn't because it's 5 degrees out so I heated my garage to 91 degrees while I applied it and then after I was done I put a heater in my truck over night. Woke up the next morning and just amazing I can't even explain. The very little minor wrinkles and rough patches on passenger side were absolutely gone. Even watch it on you tube it's just phenomenal. Then after that I took a terry cloth and put the cleaner on it and cleaned the leather. Then after that I buffed it with a terry cloth. And let me tell you something I was ball dropped from how naturally soft my leather was just like when I first got it. Now I don't have to waste 20,000 dollars to trade my truck in for the ford atlas 2015 all because if my leather seats. There is a thing to this too, if your like me you will see what jeans and little dirty clothes will do to leather. I always wear sweats in my pick up and then change into what ever it is if needed where I'm going when I reach my destination. Jeans are hard and rough with many different objects that infect scratch and dry out leather. I also likely my butt off the seat when I get in and out and that really helps with wrinkles and wear/ tear on the seats. I have adobe brown leather, extra. 3000 with my truck and absolute smooth and beautiful. I should have came across this right at first site but it's fine now my leather look like it did when I got my pick up. This is not a fake review, absolute honesty, everyone with leather products in mind just need to do research and make sure proper ingredients and care after being applied. Make sure it is applied well. Remember when leather is made and cured its a very long process, so in other words conditioning and caring for your leather should take 24 hours to do so. Anything that is done fast or dries fast is the worst. Thank you!

The result was a dirty tacky residue
This worked very very well at softening up the leather seats in my 2003 Chrysler 300m with 120k. I applied them with a gloved hand just by smearing it all over the seats. I then let them sit for 24 hours in direct sun. The result was a dirty tacky residue. To clean this up, I used Adams Leather cleaner with a magic eraser. This removed all the dirt and they came out very nice. No overall smell. The leather is now soft, non-glossy, with a bit of a tack to it now. I didn't realize just how dirty my seats really were until I used this product. I would highly recommend cleaning up the product with Adams Leather Cleaner. It seems to work very well as well.

The best I found for leather seats.
Received my product fast. I have used this product prior to this order. This leather treatment is excellent to put on your car seats, wait for 24 hours and then use a leather cleaner and brush to clean off the excess. Make your seats clean and soft while moisturizing it. Best product I have used. I will keep buying.

Best for excellent quality leathers.
Leatherique is best leather treatment but also the most work. Second place goes to Griots garage leather conditioner.

Legend. It's true.
Okay, let me be clear, I've tried most, if not all, of the highly regarded products. You'll have to trust me on it, but many people have no idea that leather HAS to breathe, or you'll literally suffocate and kill it. It will become brittle and crack if you just slather "any old" softening products on it. This is a family recipe known and highly regarded for decades, and yet, I was skeptical. My first application was on a jacket that had the kind of steer hide finish that hid the results a bit, but I tried again on a naked cowhide, and voila! So that's what all the hype is about! This is the very high-end solution (literally) that actually will treat but also SOFTEN dried-out leather. Try it with confidence. It's pricey, but the rep is EARNED.

Fake reviews? Don't buy.
I've read the previous owner's/user's positive reviews prior to purchasing the Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil. I have Black Nappa leather for a BMW 330i and after years of hot sun the leather on the front seats had turned to hard cardboard and cracking. I've soaked and soaked about half of the 32 ounce bottle with no luck. Maybe the other reviews have suede or fake leather because real leather doesn't absorbed liquid. I should've known. The "oil" wasn't being absorbed, but evaporated. I'd tried massaging the oil into the seats and letting the heat of the sun to help soften the leather. Initially I'd thought it worked after many treatments, but it was my optimistic hope that's deceiving me. Also the liquid may feel oily, but I doubt there's much oil in it(runny like water). Your best bet is to either get new seats or find a leather upholsterer to redo the seats.

Exceptional product. The reviews and YouTube video’s all rate this product as exceptional. And they are right. Our leather is absolutely transformed. We used it in our vintage car leather (Connelly leather), chairs from Paris, an old barber chair - and each time the product has been transformative. Entirely different from other products.
