Salt and Pepper Shakers Set - Elegant Stainless Steel with Glass Bottom - Salt Shaker (Set of 2)

I have been looking for months, trying to find a set of shakers that could handle the coarse grinds of both my black pepper and Himalayan salt that I use daily. After many failed attempts with others, I spotted these on Amazon and have already put them to use. What a relief to have an easy shaker to use that allows the perfect flow of salt or pepper, giving the user three different choices for each one. They are easy to fill, easy to use, and look pretty cool on the counter top. Quality is top notch and I would give these 10 stars if I could.

These shakers were inexpensive yet look very modern and attractive on my elegant dining table. They fit well in your hand. I cleaned them in the dishwasher when they arrived and they came out good as new. The different sized openings on the top allow you to use the shakers easily in either cooking or dining. After tossing out many high-priced shakers that didn't work properly or broke, these are a simple solution to do the job. I highly recommend them.

I wanted four nice-looking shakers to keep in the kitchen for the condiments I use most for cooking: plain salt, coarse pepper, seasoning salt, Mrs. Dash. These are perfect. I use the smallest slot for the salts, medium for the coarse pepper, and largest for Mrs. Dash. I have been using these for several months and have had none of the problems others describe. They look great and work great. Wash up nicely, too.

I never thought I'd recommend sat & pepper shaker! lol But these are well thought out design. I love that with a twist of the top I can adjust for poring, and "straining" through 2 diameter hole sets.I'm more a pour kind of guy when it comes to pepper. I ground whole peppercorns then put them in the new shaker. All I have to do is twist right once & I'm at pouring. If I twist again, I can shake coarser grains, and twist a third time & I can strain fine powder.Same goes for the salt shaker. If you use coarser salts, you can pour, or use a shaker diameter size that works for what you have.I love that there is a position where the shaker is closed & nothing can get out.My only gripe is with moving back to the closed position after use. If you go too fast or too hard you can unscrew the cap off the shaker. I really wish this were better thought out. Otherwise this would have been a 5-star review.Highly recommended!

How can something both be timeless and look modern? I'm not sure but somehow this salt n pepper set pulls it off. We've only been using them a couple weeks but so far so good. The top piece is both easy to unscrew to fill the shakers, and also not so loosely attached that it unscrews every time you adjust from closed to open holes. The design is simple making it easy to wipe down the outside of the shakers. The adjustment for how much seasoning you want to shake out works smoothly and perfectly so far.

Love these shakers! Actually bought for my ‘cooking cabinet’ for things I use frequently when cooking. Have two sets already! Bought one, then bought another after having them for about a week! Wish they came with adjustable opening tops as well, then they would be absolutely perfect!!! They are very stylish in appearance, fit in my hand perfectly, wipe clean easily! Would use for table as well if I didn’t use grinders for table!

I like to use kosher salt and cracked (not ground) black pepper, both of which need oversized holes to flow through the lid properly. These dispensers have four options a/small traditional holes b/large holes that work perfectly for coarse ground salt and cracked black pepper c/large POUR THRU opening and d/closed top to retain freshness in seasoning- Plus they have glass lowers to easily determine type of seasoning and how much is left inside them. Truly an excellent design in that they will work for any/all spices- like nutmeg etc. etc. So Clever...

I love the design of these shakers. I like that they're glass, and I loved the red color of the tops. They're very functional with being able to select the flow of the spice, and close it completely. It would have gotten 5 stars for sure except the quality is very lacking.When I opened the box I saw that there was a small white speck on to of one of the shakers. I went to flick it off and found that it was a scratch, and that slight flick make a second one right next to it (see pics). I will not be putting the tops in the dishwasher as I'm sure they will no longer be red. Although I did clean the jar bottom and the inside of the top, I didn't do anymore than rinse the outside of the top because I'm afraid of washing the color away.So, they are very nice looking, but lack quality. They were inexpensive, but I would rather pay more for this look with better quality.

I really like the fact that you can choose the opening for individual needs of salt.I also like the LOOK of the shaker on my counter.Since I'm using these shakers exclusively for pink Himalayan salt, they work perfectly.!
