They were easy to install, look great and good quality. Some of the screws were missing but Amazon sent us a new one right away.

I love my new towel rack! It arrived on time, was super easy to assemble ( I am NOT mechanically inclined!), and perfectly compliments my smallish bathroom. I'm also impressed with the racks' sturdiness. It holds my large, thick towels, even wet, with ease. Major recommend!!!
