I love these inserts. Recommended by my doctor, they really do work to make my feet and legs pain-free. They're not super thick, so they go in the shoe easily, but they're also super solid so they give really nice support. true to size, i didn't have to trim at all for my size 10 shoe.

Threw these in a pair of everyday shoes and they made a world of difference. Nice support without being too hard. Takes a few days to break in.

I was getting bad heel and arch pain standing at work all day so I got these to try. I accidentally cut them a little too small, but still wanted to try them out. They are a bit thick, so my shoes were a bit tighter, but not unbearable. I liked that they came with extra heel supports, but I wore them for half a day, and had to remove them, it was too uncomfortable. The arch and heel support is good, but my foot pain is still not 100% relieved.

Takes some getting used to wearing but they do help relieve some of your foot pain.

Quality of Item is fine. Recommended by my doctor. Insert provided me no relief and actually made things worse. You reach a point where you must try something.

These have helped my heel pain dramatically. I really like the horseshoe shaped lift that goes under the insert. They are too expensive, but they have helped.

So pleased with these. I'm a runner, and I have achilles tendonitis and plantar fascitis in my left foot. When I put these in my shoes I could instantly tell a difference, they have the support that I needed, and the heel stabilizer is a game changer. I almost never write product reviews but I'm just so relieved to have something that really helps with my pain that I wanted to say something.

普段履き、散歩用スニーカーなどに使っています。 某ブログで褒められていたので買ってみました。 スーパーフィートはブラックとブルーも所有。 自分は土踏まずはミドル高。 本品の硬いサポート材はカーボン製とのことで、しっかりしており踵、土踏まずがサポートされている感があって良いです。 表皮は、他のスーパーフィートのようなスベスベな感じではなく、ゴムっぽい滑りにくい質感で、厚みもあり、モッチりしたクッションが効いています。 この点はいい意味でスーパーフィートっぽくなく快適性があります。 総じて、サポートがしっかりしており、どの土踏まず高さにも対応し、クッション性もあり快適なので、おススメできます。 注意するとすれば、ブラックやカーボンなどのように薄いわけではないので、靴の容積、つまり余裕とか相性には注意といったところです。 スーパーフィートの中でも高価ではありますが、それにみあう効果があると思うので迷ったらこれだと思います。

Wore these inside my running shoes when I walked the Camino. I believe they really helped support my arches and avoided plantar fasciitis which I’ve experienced in the past. Highly recommend!
