I bought this laptop for my son. It's his first ever gaming computer and we've had no issues with it. We've had it for 18 months now and it runs like a dream. He plays Roblox, Fortnite, Rust, Portal, Trailmakers and Minecraft on it and has had no issues with speed. It's a nice size laptop as well and not too heavy. It doesn't run hot but we found that using it on a cooling pad improves performance even further. The battery has reasonable life and lasts about 4hours. Very much a plug and play laptop. Great quality all round and fantastic value for money.

When i bought this a year ago it was an ok performing computer.. Especially for the price... And now the buts... within a couple of months the touchpad started playing up ... and at 11 months old the computer just failed with no lights or any sign of life whether on battery or mains, it also destroyed my backup drive and I had to remove the ssd hdd to get my files back....I got in touch with Acemagic customer service and got no answers at all to my emails ..Amazon have been really good and refunded my money in full ..which i think is great after almost 12 months , but I will never buy any Acemagic computer again..ever and would reccomend tht you are wary of them...

Really happy with this computer. It runs smoothly, starts up quickly, and does everything we need it to do without any issues. The build quality feels solid and it performs exactly as described. Customer service has also been very helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience reassuring. Overall, very pleased with both the product and the service and would happily recommend.

I bought this laptop for my wife who had a Windows 10 machine that could not be upgraded. It arrived promptly. No bloatware such as the usual "Free" trials of McAfee etc, just a clean install of Windows 11 Pro, which was refreshing. As a result, it was up and running with the minimum of fuss on a local account with OneDrive disabled. The lack of bloatware means that it is fast and works well. Only had it for one day, but first impressions are excellent. No interest in gaming, so no idea what it is like for that, but for general use, it's a good machine.

Working very well, obviously not a laptop for high-end high-performance gaming but perfect for casual gaming (which was my purpose) and with a very good price. Had a problem with the charger, got in contact through the product warranty and they sent a replacement free of charge in less than two days. Great service.
