These are nice and they can be difficult to use for the recommended time at first, as with any new exercises. The first few times I used these, I found myself mindlessly chewing on them and not using them according to the directions and they began to fall apart. Once I realized and adjusted my behavior, the rest continued working and the different resistances that come in the pack can slowly be transitioned to without much difference in the "method" of use. While it all may be in my head or a placebo, I do feel like these help quite a bit but I cannot stress enough about how important it is to correctly use them for the best results.

These jaw exercisers definitely do work. I was looking for even the tiniest bit of definition in my jawline, as I had none to begin with. After using for 2 months, I see so much more definition in my jawline. I even notice it in pictures taken of me. The quality of the product is good and you have a carrying case.

There is definitely a learning curve with using these. I have a smaller mouth and jawline, so it felt really too large for my mouth when I first put the white jaw exerciser in.
