I had a really bad binge eating problem and these have helped me tremendously. I find these to be useful in my weight loss journey. I don't get jitters. I don't feel an excess of energy. It really doesn't have enough caffeine to do anything for me. I don't feel any nausea or stomach cramps. I do have a waning appetite. It's gradual. Today I ate a raw fruit and veggie platter at 2pm and a bread roll and that was it. I have no appetite. I was actually really full after lunch and haven't had dinner. That's becoming my norm. It's a bit pricey but I'll buy it again when this one runs out.

I recommend. It does everything it claims to do. Easy to swallow pills. Helps to burn calories and balances blood sugar. I love it.

So I just got these today and when I tell you I was so excited, I have only read a couple of reviews. The first thing I noticed is my stomach is in excruciating pain, I feel like I'm having bad period cramps when I'm not on my period. It's the first day so I can't say anything too bad, but I wonder if all metabolism pills work like this. I will be updating this in the next couple of weeks when I start to see results

Didn't work at all

Like any supplement, it will take a couple of days before you start to notice a shift in your body. Mine being I get less hungry less cravings and I’m a huge dessert/sweets type of person. I’m also a night owl so sometimes I snack at 4am which I know is not healthy. But this has definitely stopped my cravings and i don’t lose energy as fast. First bottle i finished i lost 10lbs more or less.

I’ve been using this product for about a year. If you’re looking for direct weight loss, this isn’t the product for that (as we all know, diet and exercise still matter). However, it does help reduce bloating and makes my stomach feel and appear flatter. It also noticeably curbs my appetite for sweets, and I rarely experience that constant “hungry” feeling while taking it. That said, the last two batches I received caused significant stomach cramps and nausea. Because of this, I had to start taking it with food instead of the recommended 30 minutes before eating, which helped. On the positive side, the capsules are easy to swallow, enteric coated, and completely tasteless. While the price is on the higher side, it seems fairly competitive compared to similar products on the market. Overall, it has benefits, but I would recommend paying attention to how your body responds—especially with newer batches.
