Good flavor for meat

I'm giving this 5 stars because they work and I can't find them anywhere which forced me to buy them online and for those that don't know about peach wood it's the best wood for pork and chicken great flavor surprisingly good texture I guarantee if you never tried it it won't disappoint.

Soaked the mesquite chips in water, drained them, and placed them in a layer on the water pan. Man, that whole chicken came out so good. Next whole ham but...!

I usually use a different (self-made) hickory mixture when smoking turkeys, but this combo intrigued me. I was impressed by the depth of flavor and I am a definite fan! I smoked two 14-lb turkeys…and I’ve been smoking turkeys for 30 years (on Thanksgiving) and this year’s feast was amazing…with the turkey being the star of the meal! I’ll definitely be using this blend from now on.
