Tasty AND great on my gut ...
Somehow I developed a sensitivity to wheat products in my golden years, or so it seems ... My wife and I switched to REAL sourdough bread, usually made at home, and to Bionaturae Sourdough Spaghetti and I have absolutely none of the issues that I had with other similar wheat products. AND, Bionaturae Sourdough Spaghetti tastes great!

Tastes great, to expensive for me
I bought these because I wanted to try sourdough pasta. I am trying to make healthier choices for my family and thought this would be a good one. I do like this pasta, but I do think it is expensive. You cannot tell that it is sourdough and there is no taste difference from regular pasta. I like this but I do not think I will buy it often due to the price.

The BEST PASTA of any kind!
Hands down, this is the most awesome pasta made. Low glycemic index is a huge deal for pre diabetes & diabetics alike to be able to enjoy "regular" pasta occasionally. It's truly great without any after taste like the other close to pasta items out there. They don't come close to this product. You could serve this to people and not tell them it's "true fermented sourdough" pasta and they'd never know. ( They'd just ask where you got the fantastic pasta!) Highly recommend this. And I seldom leave reviews!

Too sour for pasta
They used this on one of those food competition programs, and I'd never heard of it, so I thought I'd try it. It came out a little sludgy, but that may be my issue in preparation. The taste, however, was not for me. I like sourdough bread, but for pasta it didn't work for me.

So good!
Tastes great! Gut friendly. These have a better consistency than most gluten free pasta, but don't upset my stomach like normal wheat pasta. Kids also loved them!
