These silky smooth, soft, well made wool dress socks are ideal for keeping your feet comfortable over a long day. They hold up over numerous washings and do not readily pill. I did manage to get one pair to pill/wear after using them during a 4-5 miles of jogging in my comfy shoes, I think they just slide around in the shoe too much. In my better fitting running shoes or even in my combat boots they perform as well as they do in my dress shoes.

I've had these socks for less than a year and I've found them so comfortable and amazing at regulating temperature. At the end of the day, my feet feel dry and like they have air to "breathe". I've had to throw away some of my other socks after realizing the difference...The only detractor that I've noticed is that they get kind of get a little "worn down" looking. No holes, just kind of "fuzzy" on the bottoms. I'm still going to purchase another pair though!! The best summer wool socks that I've ever worn.

I gave these socks a three because they are really comfortable and soft. They fit me well (women’s size 9.5). Unfortunately, they do not breathe well. I took them to Europe for two weeks and they held sweat so badly that at the end of a day of walking the streets I had to moisturize my feet so that they wouldn’t be raw the next day. After one wash and air dry the socks have pilled badly.

Socks perform well. More comfortable and better moisture control than purely nylon or polyester. Very thin. Seem to be holding up well.

First we live in Minnesota - so yes we know cold. These socks turned out to be quite warm! they are not real thick but as warm as Costco's thick wool hiking socks! Which absolutely surprised me. I just wore them for a 15-mile bike ride with summer weight cycle shoes with temps about 30 and the warmest part of me was my feet. GREAT socks for the price. Buying another 3 pairs for work.
