Easy install. Everything was soldered nicely. The Korean switch clicks positively into place. I have a nice 2002 Epiphone L.P. This was a perfect fit. I had two pots that wouldn't clean up with Deoxit. This prewired harness got my guitar back in shape. One nut was missing but the seller sent a replacement right away.

I received and installed of this harnesstoday. The soldering is great, and the sound, great. It was a very convenient and quick install. The problem is that the volume pots are so sensitive, there was almost no travel. They are basically on/off switches. In addition, the installation diagram does not include the grounding wire, and it took me a while to figure this out. I would say, fix your diagram, and find a new volume pot supplier, and you've got a five-star product.Update: I'm giving them one more star because their support people are excellent indeed.

The soldering is subject. Doesn't look shiney like a solid connection should look like. One wire wasn't even soldered on the connector. I'm touching up all the soldering connections. There wasn't a nut that fit the 3 way switch. Either is wasn't in the kit or they put the wrong in the bag the nuts and washers were in. Amazon is sending me a replacement. Thank you Amazon. The jury will be out until I get the new nut for the 3 way switch. It's an odd size. I replace a lot of Gibson switches and this one is bigger than any other one I've used. I'd buy this kit again if the replacement has the correct nut for the switch. If its not the correct one I wouldn't buy this kit because you'll spend more for a switch than you would the whole kit. This will be a good budget minded buy if it has all the right parts and good solder connections just in case your not comfortable resoldering your self.

I bought my guitar dirt cheap because it crackled hums and sounded real bad one pickup didn't work install this $9 harness and it sounds and works amazing took me 2 minutes to install! Would highly recommend.

I like that the harness comes assembled. It is not overly difficult to install. Despite not being provided with an installation diagram, or instructions. Unfortunately, the volume pots are defective in the harness that I installed. Volume is only altered on 0 & 1, and 9 & 10. Everything is the same volume from 2 to 8 settings. Also, when attempting to blend 2 pickups in the middle switch position, either volume pot turned to zero, turns both pickups off simultaneously. Both of these issues are directly caused by faulty volume pots. Sadly, this discovery is made once the harness is fully installed along with the guitars pickups. And when the guitar is fully reassembled. Only to be disappointed, after all the hard work is done. That I dislike greatly. Eventually, I will have to disassemble and unistall the defective wiring harness. Then reinstall another new fully functioning wire harness. My final thoughts, I recieved a defective wire harness, with Volume pot issues.

Just got my kit and went to install. Found I had a bad toggle switch. Leans to one pick up. Tested both pickups and they both work. Got excited to finally start this and have to send it back

Worked as it was suppose to. New switch was bigger than the original.

Super cheap wiring. I installed on a 335 style and one of the wires broke (not my first time installing a kit).Save a little and go for something with better quality. I took the kit off and it’s in the garbage. Waste of time and money.
