Rain Slicks Women's Classic Look Raincoat Hooded Plaid Lined Waterproof Jacket

I should have believed the other reviewers who said it runs very large. I didn't, and ordered my regular size. Wow, it fit like a tent! I sent it back and ordered the next size down, and was very pleased when I got it. It's really heavy duty; it won't tear like some other slickers I've had. I wish it had inside pockets, but otherwise I'm very happy with it. The colors are good too. Although I believe rain slickers are meant to be yellow, I'm sure if you ordered another color you'd be pleased. I first got the blue one, because yellow was out of stock in that size. It was a really nice shade of blue; looked true to the photo. Happily, yellow was available in the size I actually needed and I love it! I recommend this product, but be sure to order a size smaller than you usually get.

I read other reviews about it being big and boxy so I followed their advise and ordered a size smaller than normal. Im so glad I did. I am 5'9 and I usually wear a large or medium top/jacket. I purchased a size small and it fits me perfectly! There is not a lot of room for layers underneath. If you want more room and you are tall, get the medium. I just wanted a rain coat for rainy days and my trip to San Francisco. I don't plan on wearing this when its really cold outside, when I would be wearing a big sweater or something warm underneath. The sleeves are plenty long enough for me and I have long arms. Im still able to roll back the sleeve to show the cute pattern on the inside, which I love!

I ordered the red rain coat and it's a beautiful jacket! The red isn't as bright as the pictures posted but it looks great in person!! My only issue was that it was a bit smaller than I was expecting. Most comments said the jacket was either true to size or even larger but I had the opposite. I did follow the sizing chart when I ordered as well. It's not that it doesn't fit, I just thought I could layer and maybe have on a sweater or something thicker underneath. I ended up using it the day it came in the mail and it did its job very well!! It really is a beautiful jacket!! Just keep in mind if u want extra room to be able to use it in colder months, order a size up!! I do recommend this seller and the item though!!

This slicker is exactly as advertised. It fits just as shown on the model in the photo. It will definitely keep you dry as it is made of PVC and is completely waterproof. I would definitely recommend this raincoat to keep you dry from your head to you hips or bum. The hood is a good fit also, and the plaid lining is cute.

I purchased the Navy coat with the checked lining since I wanted to use it for camping trips and I knew this coat might get dirty often. After reading all the comments I decided to get a medium, knowing that it might be a bit large for me.I usually wear an 8-10 jacket and the medium runs big across the chest and hips but allows room to layer a sweatshirt or sweater. Not the most flattering fit but I wanted this for practical reasons and this coat does the job.The coat comes down to mid thigh on my 5'3" frame so that would be goodl for really bad weather. Overall it looks like its well made for the price. Most of the other vinyl raincoats I found in stores were pretty flimsy and looked more fashionable rather than functional.If your looking for a raincoat that's sturdy and practical, this should fit the bill nicely!

I got this because I had lost a beloved fabric raincoat and needed a new one. This one looked cute in the photo, but it was actually heavy, bulky and very plastic, almost rubber like.. It would never fold up and fit into any bag or purse, it would even be difficult to fit it into a suitcase. It ran slightly large, which I would have lived with, but the fabric was unacceptable to me. The plastic stiffness of the jacket made it even more bulky and it looked huge on me. The jacket actually had a strong smell, not like tires exactly, but like you would expect a plastic fabrication plant to smell.. I was looking for a softer, more flexible, water repellent fabric, like the jacket I lost. This jacket was stiff and uncomfortable, so I'm sending it back and will look for one with better fabric. I am giving it a couple stars, because this jacket would definitely keep you dry, and the hood was large enough to cover the head and keep it dry. But the fabric is just too stiff and plastic.

Total trash. Way too large. My wife is 5'2", this looks like a 55 gallon drum plastic trash bag. Waste of time. Also a plus, if you want a left pocket on the right, order this. Pictures speak for themselves.

I looked at a TON of raincoats online and read all kinds of reviews - this one had the most positive feedback and matched what I was looking for. The coat is good, I used it the other day in some heavy rain. I took everyone's advice and got the XS bc I didn't want to be swallowed by my raincoat. I'm usually a size S but the XS is still plenty big enough so was glad to have that advice. Other reviews said the hood was very roomy but I actually wouldn't mind if it were a little "longer" so I could pull it farther over my forehead. I have a pretty small head and the hood covers it adequately but I wish it gave just a little more coverage. Only a small complaint though, overall I'm very happy with the coat. It seems well-made and durable without being too heavy. I like the happy bright red color I ordered and the cute polka dot lining.
