Fairly easy to set up, I used my phone to pair it to my WiFi router. I have a dual band router and this camera is only 2.4 Ghz so you simply connect it to the 2.4 Ghz connection of your router, all of my 5 Ghz connected device can still connect to it since it's still the same network. I paired two phones, a tablet, and a computer to it. There is in fact an app for windows 10 that has even more functionality than the phone app. The app works just like a CCTV recorder so you can pair a bunch of these cameras to one computer and it will save photos and video to whatever hard drive you set in the path selection once it detects motion, awesome feature to have. Selecting the right sensitivity is a bit tricky. Medium seems to be the best choice. Low, you could have your house on fire and it wouldn't go off. High and it blows up my email in box every time an atom loses an electron or a microscopic organism crawls one micrometer on the wall 30 feet away from it. So it takes some playing with to get it right but email notifications work great. All in all it's a very good IP camera. Picture looks great, pan/tilt works good. I will buy more of these in the future.

I bought it to spy on my misbehaving dog when I’m not home. The picture quality is good not great. I’m not sure how to use motion detection or if it even has it. I’m pretty sure it has no night vision. The picture is pitch black at night unless you turn on a light. I was under the impression that I needed a micro SD card to make it work - you don’t. It works fine without it but I think you just need it if you want to save videos. Customer service seems to be very helpful. I haven’t needed to contact them but they have checked in via email several times to make sure everything is okay. Set-up was super easy. Overall, a great purchase.

This camera is amazing. I love it. It has features of very expensive cameras. I have worked with cameras that are 50x more expensive than this but this one has more features and is user friendly. Setup took me minutes. Wireless works flawlessly. The PTZ function is awesome. The app is very user-friendly. I can now monitor everything using the app from wherever I am at. It sees in the dark. It has motion sensor. Saves to sd card and to FTP. Alerts me on my phone and emails me if there's movement. There's not a thing I can complain about yet. I'll definitely buy more.

Great for the price! We bought this to keep an eye on the dogs while we are away and I love how easy it is use and set up. I can talk to them through the camera and it’s a very clear sound, I can hear them clearly through my phone! Video is a little delayed but for the price, I won’t argue!Update: we had a slight issue with the power brick and the Faleemi customer service team was BEYOND amazing. I highly recommend buying knowing that such a great team is behind it

Well; spent all day trying to get this camera to work on my PC laptop. Black screen.I think they want me to plug it into my main internet service. I do not use my main internet for cameras... due to hackers on unfamiliar software that also has wifi built in.I prefer wifi ONLY for camera, phone... But; there is no wifi signal coming from the camera - nothing shows in computer, nothing in wifi list except some weak signal that will not connect. No name. Disappears when unplug the camera. Camera will not use MY strong, good wifi signal that is in our building for free.Only option at these lower prices is to try find a motion detector webcam. Thats really all I need.I do not know why these security cameras cannot just simply act as a webcam. We don't need wifi when at home and a motion camera can turn on when not home.Wifi that works on phones would be great for when not home but I cannot afford to pay for a cell phone. I do not use them much.Tried all day to get customer support; webpage goes blank; says too many people on there. No phone support. Software for the desktop, PC is not working. Or wifi for PC not work. Needs to use main internet. I wont do that.3 stars because it has usb, electric plug... But it does not work, not even as a plain camera.Memory card not included.If Faleemi answers this review and gets the camera working on PC; I will change review and show how to set it up in a video for Amazon.Camera is a good idea, but has a lot of problems.

I ordered this camera to keep an eye on my high anxiety puppy. I was cautiously optimistic but worried that it would be hard to set up. But to my surprise i was able to set it up using both my android phone and my husbands iphone. I followed the clear directions and in just a few minutes it was up and running. I was pretty proud of myself considering how many times other electronic gadgets have given me fits. The video is in color and very clear. I left the house just to test it and it worked flawlessly. Now when i am not home and i see my pup getting into something i can talk to him and get his attention. he is probably going to go nuts trying to figure out where i am!!

It's an OK camera for the money. I was sad to find out that it does not have motion tracking just a motion detection alarm. this camera will not follow motion at all even when set up to do so in their bizzaro menu system. It also does not record at 30 FPS like is says it supposed to. Yes I have checked signal strength, bandwidth, and have the correct grade of SD card. All HD video is extremely choppy. A still photo looks OK. It's nice that they will sell a stand alone product unlike most that want you invested in monthly subscriptions. Setup was pretty easy once I scanned to correct Q-code. The menu are not very user friendly. There is no manual and from other peoples reviews the company wants you to call them for any adjustment you make in the menu instead of giving you the ability to work on your own autonomously. This camera is definitely visible with 4 red LEDs when in night mode so anyone can tell it's there if that's important to you. Being that this does not follow motion with the camera but only alerts you to it before it looks away I will not recommend this to anyone that thinks this is an important future. Its horizontal only and vertical only auto panning is a little quick for those surveying an area too.
