Very sad this came damaged. I tried to do a replacement but it won’t let me do just a replacement. I don’t have a ups store near me and the nearest one is an hour away we don’t have a vehicle to travel that far especially in this winter weather. Would greatly appreciate a refund or replacement. I was super excited for this bag so I could use it for work but now I don’t trust it will be able to handle normal use.

Smaller than I expected. can't fit a pair of shoes size 7 in the bottom without thinking you are going to rip the zipper

Ok this is great bag it fits alot. The issue is hard to fit under plane seat.

The backpack was about the size I expected but the show compartment is a joke! I bought this for my daughter’s volleyball bag and one shoe barely fits in the compartment because it’s so tiny. The shoe compartment is the reason I bought the bag. After using for a couple of weeks one of the straps is already ripped. This is a good concept for a backpack but not high quality. The color is very cute in person.
