As others have mentioned, these things come with no instructions. That being said, it you have some experience in DIY, it's fairly straight forward to figure out. After a proper install, I had zero leaks, not even a drop. Like any plumbing install, plumbers tape is key. The prayer works great and the button on the sprayer switches from spay to center as it should. I love that you can telescope the entire thing us to make room for an oversize pot or even washing your hair in the sink. Installing this in an RV added a degree of difficulty, as there is little space to work, but all in all, I'm super pleased with the end result.

This looks really nice and it functions fairly well. It does not come with the plate that covers the other holes in the sink. It is literally just the faucet. It also is leaky. I have tightened it many times but it doesn't seem to matter. The other design flaw is that it is short. When I turn the water on the flow is about two inches from the back of the sink. No where near the middle. When I wash dishes the water puddles up behind the faucet because there is no room for it to go since the flow is so close to the back.

The sprayer at the end tends to twist loose somewhat and leak under the sink slightly (minor problem). Six months after install the hose has developed a leak nine inches from sprayer and leaked under the sink badly (major problem).

I needed to upgrade my faucet in my craft room with a sprayer. I decided to try this one and was pleasantly suprized how nice it is! Its not cheaply made and the instructions were easy to follow. I installed it about a month ago and so far it is doing it's job very well with no issues.

I was very disappointed when the faucet arrived. I opened it and discovered that the faucet looked nothing like what was described. Poor quality to. I sent it back and got a full refund. Amazon's customer service is excellent.

Was easy to put together and works better then expected. If I could change anything it would be that the neck extended a little further out. It's a bit close to back of sink causing a little backsplash beyond sink area.
