I am happy I bought it after very long research. Water tastes clean. Very functional. good water capacity for my small family of three . It would work great for a bigger family too. The only thing it take some time to fill a kettle or a pot. I put a little stool underneath so I wouldn’t stand just holding it.several times I left it running and overfill my kettle so I had to dry my floors. It stand next to my countertop because it doesn’t fit under kitchen cabinets. You have to lift the upper part to see how much water left filtered so you not overfill the upper part where are the black filters are. They are identical to the main brand that is locked in lawsuit with governmental body. I love this system and so far so good.

I was looking for a filtration system that would provide great tasting water, and this system is the one! The price was less than the competition, but still provides a quality product. After using the system for a few months, I purchased and installed the spout with the visible water level which helps prevent running the tank out of water. My only issues have been the size (it does take up a LOT of space on the counter), the esthetic (if you want a clean, empty counter, you will need a separate stand to place on the floor), and accidental over-fill (I ended up putting marks on the glass tube on the spout that corresponded with the refill container to help prevent overfills). Water tastes great, no chemical or chlorine detected. Highly recommended if you are looking for a less expensive version of a steel water filter system.

I am so glad I bought this. It’s built well, it’s super functional and easy to refill. Putting it together was easy and I’m able to place it in a dedicated spot in my RV Small footprint makes it a space spacer, makes it easy to use , and the taste of the water is amazing! It was a solid purchase for our health.

Seems like a hassle to set up the first time you do but it's really not difficult! Maybe watch a video as the instructions can be confusing. I love mine!
