The design and look of kadai is good .Steel metal is shining and getheat immediately to save the cooking gas. Handle doesn’t heat so easy to handle, move the KadhaiEasy to wash .We can use to fry Puri, Papad etcWe can prepare Biryani, Halwa, Upama, Heating milk for Rabadi, Basundi.Preparing Sabji.We get original test and colour.It’s not light weight so no chances of fall down or move while cooking
