The charms are good quality and they look good as well. The only thing I disliked were the details on some of the charms, but im very understanding overall because they are such a small scale. Would definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys the show The office!!!! [They all were delivered as seen in the ad picture, some I've already added to my crocs! ;) ]
