It’s very easy to use, and it’s a neat little gadget that doesn’t take up much room in the kitchen. However, I used it for the first time to make almond butter and it really just turned my almonds into an almond flour. I had soaked them overnight and dried them on a low setting in the oven and chopped into teeny pieces for best results, so it was disappointing. I definitely need to add oil to make a nut butter. I added walnut oil and this helped a bit, but doesn’t come out as in the picture or as a nut butter you buy in a store. Also I didn’t want to add extra oil; I wanted 100% nuts. I have yet to try making peanut butter but will do that soon. I will be sprouting then boiling the peanuts first to increase their resveratrol content. If the PNB comes out fab, I will defo update this post to say so.
