Brilliant.Somehow or other, out bestway steel-framed pool managed to get a hole near the drain valve while stored over winter. Not a major tear, but enough that once full water was seeping out under the pressure. No amount of gorilla tape on the outside of the pool would stem the trickle and the hole was sufficiently close to the base that it would just keep on leaking.That's when I remembered the emergency patch that came with the pool. It was a 2" square, clear, self-adhesive patch. It claimed to stick under water, and it was right. Applied with the pool full of cold (18C) water, with even pressure applied for 5 minutes, this patch saved the day. It was so good I bought another packet of them so that if I ever needed one I had it to hand. Brilliant.How on earth they get it to stick under water I've no idea, but it does. And it does so very well. It's been on about a month now and is still holding strong.Essential to have on hand if you've invested in an above-ground pool of any size.

I thought, from the packaging, that there were more colours to choose from. However, the patch was perfect, easy enough to use and has done the job.

I thought being Bestway that these would be better quality. Bought to fix a leak in my bestway pool but they came away fairly quickly.

We have a 12ft frame pool by Bestway. Bought last year, developed couple of leaks but we ignored. Put up this year and found 10 holes. Fixed with airbed repair kits sticking both sides of hole. Took ages. Didn't work. Patched another 2 holes and half filled pool. Still leaks. Ordered this kit. Bingo! Only needed patches on the inside of the pool after removing our previous attempts at repair. These things STICK UNDER WATER, no need to drain pool. Stick and stay stuck. Couldn't be easier and are a truly invisible repair. I have bought more as spares. Has saved £260 on another pool. They really work. Genius.

Absolute waste of money! As soon as the water went in, they lifted and didn’t cover the small tear at all. Even either patched both sides of the tear and all around, they lifted almost immediately and water continued to leak from the pool

These are fantastic. The fact you don't have to empty the pool is brilliant. We have a 12ft x 8ft pool so filling takes DAYS!The patches have stuck really well. We used one and it's still holding strong. They do start to discolor after a couple of weeks. But that isn't an issue.

Used to fix a puncture on the outside of a Lazyspa Vegas hot tub. It took 3 attempts, and in the end found that it actually worked best if the tub was inflated first, rather than trying to patch it deflated. Got another summer for the kids out of the old hot tub, so worth the money.

I had a 1 inch cut at the bottom of my 2,000 gallon above ground pool. After I cleaned out dust and dirt as instructed, I applied it to the floor of my pool when fully dry under the sun—smoothing out any bubbles. However these transparent stickers are on the thick side so did not tend to develop any of you are careful. Stuck well like a sticker. I tried to stick on the underside/outside of the pool too, but I did not clean it, it was dirty and did not stick, obviously. Was a hot day so did not want to bother cleaning the area under the pool where it was on the sand/dirt—so just had the sticker on the inside floor of the pool over the 1-inch cut. after about 10 to 15 minutes I started filling up the pool. It holds up very nice. The cut is at the bottom of a 30-inch deep pool. my kids jump in the water, wrestle, running around, pretty rough and tumble with their play. Holds up very nice! I would say as long as you’re careful and follow instructions in application, it will hold up nice for an above ground pool, inside wall under cool water (Approximately 75 degrees Fahrenheit). I want to try heating my water up a bit more, and we’ll have to see if it holds up then!***UPDATE June 2020***So, I've had this sticker on for almost a couple of months now I believe. I can say that I have had absolutely no issues. I heated up the water to over 80 degrees Farenheit, and the pool had been used a lot these past few weeks: diving, wrestling, running, etc. It is a quality product. I think you will have to be very careful during initial application, so it works as its supposed to. I never tried to apply it while there was water in the pool, it says you can. But if you can apply it when the targeted area is fully clean (absolutely no dirt or debris) and completely dry at a non-freezing temperature, I think you will get the same results as I did! This cheap sticker did the trick and I don't have to worry about the cut getting bigger and water leaking out. The pool now acts and feels as good as new!
