I've had this bike for around 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it not only has it saved me £80 a month on public transport but it's so easy to ride and feels very safe. I was worried it would be heavy but it's not too heavy for me at all. With it coming part assembled I had my partner put it together as I wouldn't of had a clue. I also didn't know how to put thr lights on as it doesn't say in the instructions manual but I emailed Eskute and they replied very quick and told me how to do it. No problems so far and I've done around 60 miles on it so far so I hope it continues with being looked after I'm definitely happy I with this purchase.

Love the bike but a bit on the heavy side battery doesn't last that long but easy to use and charge excellent value for money

Lovely bike I had problems with the battery at first but they soon sorted that out straight away.the only problem I have is not having a front basket.my grankids love it.when I see people they all comment on the colour of the bike and style..very good for the price of it.i would not hesitate on buying another one.

if anybody’s thinking of buying an electric bike for the first time, hundred percent recommend this bike, you get a lot more bike for your money. Very well built nice and steady little bit on the heavy side which is expected, It took me roughly an hour to put it together, Recommended seller with 5 stars 🌟, I had a bit of issue with the battery. They solved it very quickly.

I use my bike everyday since I got it around 6 months ago and it's great.

Good instruction for assembly, delivery was early but not without issues but that was due to the delivery service not the retailer. It was well packaged. I've only used it once since getting the bike, it's quite heavy, my old one I used pedal without assistance, this one is a lot harder to pedal without assistance. May update later after a few more rides.
