I take one capsule every morning before my workout and it is awesome

I'm not too sure about weight loss because I eat terrible but definitely works for energy I'm on my second bottle and I've built up a tolerance for caffeine pills this really helps me stay up and focused to be able to study.

It really helped me achieve my weight loss goals :)

I feel like this product had a minor impact on my results-however I can live without it in my regimen.

Theatrim is one of the best supplements I've ever taken. Not only does it give you energy for hours but it seems to enhance my mood positively, probably because of the SAMe that's in it. You have to make sure you take it with food or a protein drink so you won't get the jitters. I tried Ab Igniter Plus Black before trying this and that's another great one that gives you clean, focused energy. I switch between the two after 2 months on each one. This supplement at the Vitamin Shoppe is almost 40 dollars.
