They followed through with backing a problem I was having with ‘Too Fast Speed’ of this bike when compared to the 26” Fat Tire we purchased first. They sold me the same controller and display screen which I changed myself without much difficulty. Now the speeds are exactly like our other bike. Love the bike and the company. The only difficulty is contacting them for this issue. Their phones in Oakland CA won’t receive messages and so you have to wait on correspondence by email once per night. Still I give it a 5 star.”

Bought for the coastal rides and smooth ride and was NOT disappointed at all! This as an awesome bike! Easy to put together and long battery life! I am 5’5” and on the heavy side of 230 and it rides me just fine! I have to say, it is a little big for me but I am a girl and I think it is more for a guy. But I needed a ride that was smooth for my back! Did not disappoint at all! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Bike is super tough, on and off road capable. Only have about 40-50 miles on it so far but I'm loving it. Did a 22 mile ride on a paved trail and still had 1/4 power left at the end. Mostly rode in PA#2 with a little throttle and some PA#3 too. Did some light trail riding on a mountain bike path and it handled well. Not as good as my BMX cruiser, but definitely fun and usable. If you are tall you will not get a full leg extension for pedaling. However, I'm 6'1" and still consider it comfortable enough to pedal on longer rides with the pedal assist. Make sure you go through the bike and tighten all the screws, nuts, and bolts. My derailleur bolt loosened up on the long ride. But I brought tools so it was a minor inconvenience. 20mph is plenty fast I don't think you'd want to go much faster on a bike of this style. The folding feature is very useful. This thing is a dog to pedal without the assist, so if you want something you can use w/o power get a traditional style bike.

I've had this bike for less than two weeks and already the battery won't turn on. I can tell because of the light on the charging cable that the battery is charging at its normal rate but the battery won't give any power when switched on. I was riding this bike to/from work and was loving it. Super fun to ride and I got a lot of compliments. The bike was fairly easy to put together even without instructions. The build quality is also really poor. The tires and brakes squeak when you ride. Overall the bike looks cool and was fun to ride for a week and a half even though it makes embarrassing sounds. The seller says they're going to send me a new battery. If you're going to spend this much money on a bike, just pay the extra money to buy from somewhere reliable.

I did a lot of comparison shopping online before deciding on this model. I was replacing my vintage mountain bike (ca 1985) which I had electrified with a hub motor and repurposed NiMH sticks from a honda insight a few years ago. At my age (65), my hips are just not flexible enough to manage the form factor of a mountain bike, even when electrified. I already had a good experience with and Ancheer 26" folder for my partner and knew that the level of quality even on the "bargain" E-bikes is pretty good. She has taken over this one as her own (when I'm not looking).. hers is a 36V/350W compared to my (now) 36V/500W. We haven't used this new one enough yet to know how it is folding and transporting in various contexts, but it will certainly beat my mountain bike and probably the 26" Ancheer.I like the ultra-simple interface on this one... low/medium/high assist settings with the throttle available at any time AND a "walk mode" which lets it keep up with you while walking it with almost no effort. Particularly hand when you get a flat. I haven't checked yet to see if the "walk mode" might work when hitched to a garden cart, it might give this bike yet another use.I DO live in a very flat-prone (goathead) area and expected to have to slime the tubes, but waited until my first flat (very quickly) to do so. Unfortunately, after sliming and inflating and test-riding it went flat overnight and *NOW* there is a big rip in the tube. It is possible I wasn't careful enough when inflating to keep it from creasing or pinching. In any case, I'll be looking for flat proof tube but they don't seem to make/sell them, so I will have to settle for a tube liner and prophylactic sliming.

I really like this bicycle, but that being said the directions stink. It’s heavier and harder to fold than I thought it would be. Once you get it all figured out it’s a great ride but it would help if there was more information on this particular bike. The directions all seem to be very generic and not very good. Very fun for me, I am older so the extra boost is great.

After researching electric bicycles I decided on this ebike. Shipping was fast and assembly was easy. I was very excited to ride! I have not been on a bike for some time but I got the hang of it right away. I love my new ebike and highly recommend it. Lots of fun... giggles and smiles!I
