Happy campers!
We’ve had this for a few months. Replaced our individual Wi-Fi feeders. They became unreliable when the Wi-Fi would kick out and I started to constantly have to trouble shoot. They also dispensed only a few pellets at a time so I would have to hear the both turn 10 times for a single serving, they didn't have stainless removable trays, and weren’t washable.I will say automatic feeders changed our lives and I had put them off for a long time. We have two cats, one hoards food and over eats until he is sick. We did a lot of babysitting during meal times and we were constantly being woken up at 3Am and 5 AM every morning. When we installed the feeders it changed everything. Smaller portions, more often and set at the same time so he’d have to focus on one feeder at a time. No more early morning wake up cat calls. Both cats benefitted and the normal eater learned the schedule so she wouldn’t miss out if she was hungry. We havent had any issues with the over eater trying to steal food anymore either, the trick was smaller spread out portions.Decided to try this and was only concerned about the reliability on even dispensing. This corrected everything we did not like about our other feeders. Even dispensing, less rotating, and easy to clean- which prevents chin acne in cats. I also like that the dials and instruction to change settings are easy to navigate on the front so I can adjust the settings even if I forget how. The cats like it better too, more space for them on the cat counter. Extra battery for backup in case of power is a must too.

Perfect for 2 cats
Absolutely love this feeder. It is quieter than the previous two single cat feeders I've had over the years. The hopper is huge, easy to see how much is in it, and the mechanism to drop food hasn't clogged up yet. I love the fact there is space between (and the unit) separating my girls when they eat as my resident feline is getting used to her new sister. Helps with the temptation of stealing the other's food. The only con I've noticed is that the metal inserts are hard to get out at times, however I love having them as it makes it easy to wash the dishes (my very first feeder didnt have anyway to remove the dish to clean it). Just pay attention to the shape of the metal dishes when you put them back in, they are slightly angles so there is a distinct front and back.

Exactly what I needed
I was having some network issues, and I wanted to reach out to support before writing my review. With Sue’s help I was able to fix my connectivity problem and it’s working perfectly! I love it. It looks really sleek and high quality, besides my own issues the setup was super easy. It’s a bit annoying as it relies on gravity so it can’t be moved around super easily but easy enough. And I probably won’t be moving it around much anyway now that it’s wholly setup. Even the power cord is high quality. I thought the metal dishes would be louder than the plastic ones I had before but I think because there is no room for echo, it’s actually quieter.I got this because my old one was being a pain and isn’t even sold anymore (well2be) so I was nervous to buy this but I’m very happy I did. I got it on sale but if anything happened to this that isn’t covered by warranty I would still pay full price. Stop making it hard on yourself and buy this one. Unless you have mobility issues - the little pieces might be annoying.

Good for small/ medium dogs
Works with small dog food. My medium sized dogs LOVE this feeder. We had wanted one because we are away most of the day and it’s been harder to feed on a timed schedule twice a day. This way they get their two feeds a day instead of one here and two here.We had a bit of a trouble training to only eat one bowl for our male dog (we used a folder as a divider for more privacy eating), and our female was a little scared of the noise (added padding under the silver bowl to quite it a little), but they’re getting there.I have only tried the battery life once, it worked for two days while our power was out. It’s pretty easy to clean (other than where the food comes out) and fill up.It’s a little top heavy so we applied some mounting putty to the pegs and it works just fine. That app was super easy to use, only downfall it is a cat feeder so my pups are getting 13 servings of food x2 a day for a total for 3 cups (1 1/2 each feed). All n all, my dogs have gotten healthier. They’re eating on a routine, they have more energy, and they’re not bloating from over feeding. Our female is 12 and our male is 7 so change isn’t something we do often because it’s harder for them to transition, but it’s going very well.8/10 BECAUSE it is a little top heavy and will tip easily, if you pick up the main component the bottom falls out and is a pain to put together each time. Not the easiest to clean where the food come out because you CANNOT get the bottom wet so it’s more along a wipe out then a deep clean.Included a picture of my 30 and 45 lbs pups.

Love it!
We’ve been using it for about 2 months and I originally purchased it because we were leaving for vacation and no one could be at our house to do the lunch time feeding. It holds a decent amount of food, keeps time without any issues and dispenses at the right time every day. I also love the design and that there is a separate bowl on each side so my cats aren’t right in each other’s space. We even had an issue with ants coming in as the weather warmed up and while they went to this machine, they were not successful at getting inside of it. It’s pretty quiet but the cats definitely hear the food drop if they aren’t nearby. The only feature I wish it had was some sort of notification for when the food is running low.
