If you are the type who prefers roasted garlic that is mild & sweet, over the flavor of spicy and pungent fresh garlic, this may be for you. This tincture is a medium brown color and tastes like liquid roasted garlic with a hint of some other savory sweetness that is off-putting to me. I much prefer the taste and bite of fresh garlic that I was hoping to get in this water based tincture. That being said, the flavor would make it easy to put a dash into soup, unnoticed. Or to take when you have a cold, and can't taste. Lol. I don't know where the garlic is sourced from, i.e. China, even if this says it is made in the USA-so I am leery to take this concentrated form, as that information is missing from the bottle. This is also missing information on 3rd party independent lab testing for safety & purity.
